This auctionis for a 10x13 black and white picture of Hugo Black. He signed this picture at the bottom “Washington D.C. June 30, 1953. Hugo L. Black”. As you can see from the attached images, this picture has several creases. The largest crease runs through the “o” in the signed “Hugo” and runs up the side of the picture. I attached a picture of both the bottom and top of this crease. Hugo Black served as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court from 1937 to 1971. He was nominated to the court by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Hugo Black is widely regarded as one of the most influential Supreme Court justices in the 20 th century. You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity from PSA/DNA. The PSA certificate number is G43904. The PSA sticker with a matching serial number is affixed to the back of this picture. This item will be shipped via the US Post Office mail with insurance and with delivery confirmation for a tracking number, which will be provided to you shortly after the item is shipped.
