Up for auction is a Beautiful piece of Hull Pottery. This lovely Ebb Tide Shell & Fish planter is a very dark burgundy and dark green. This high gloss planter is free from chips & nics, however at the very top of the shell the glaze is wearing off. Like it has been handled and lifted using the tip of the shell. (Even I pick this piece up to examine it using the tip of the shell.) This does not distract from the piece, but does need to be noted. The shell is 7 1/2" tall, and is marked Hull USA, E-1. I believe this piece to be an original. This is from my own personal collection, and has been in my curio cabinet (before I moved) for at least 10 years.
