At auction is a Hummel style Saxony wind-up alarm clock. The clock is marked "Saxony" and "Western Germany". The clock and the alarm both work. The ceramic case is of a little girl sitting on a stool, by the hearth, knitting a stocking. The case measures approximately 6 1/2" wide, 2" deep and 6" at its highest point. The bottom of the case is unmarked, but has the adhesive remnants of a sticker. T are no chips or cracks in the case. Since the clock is marked "Western Germany" I believe it was made in the late 1940's or early 1950's. If you would like additional pictures, or have any questions e-mail: .
