Match ticket from the HUNGARY v ENGLAND game played in the Nepstadion, Budapest on 23rd May 1954. (For sale as I have recently obtained an official match programme) Not in the best condition - see scan - there is the usual entrance "tear-off" on the top left corner, and two small nicks on the left and bottom. There is also a tear across the centre, and it has been folded at some time - although packet flat for many years. This was the return match following England's 6-3 defeat at Wembley the previous November, and shortly before the World Cup Finals in Switzerland. England went down 7-1! Postage stated is ordinary First Class Mail with NO INSURANCE COVER. However if insurance is requested by the successful bidder this will be arranged - please contact me before making payment to discuss prices.
