This auction is for an Ibanez RG570 RR (ruby red). It is a beautiful guitar which has a sparkle to the finish, the pics dont do the thing justice. It was made in Japan in 1991. It has a square heel neck joint with a Edge lo Pro Trem like the Vai Jems. It has an ORIGINAL wizard neck, if you know Ibanez then you will know these are the finest necks there are it is VERY thin and enables some fast play. The neck is MINT/PERFECT call it what you want, it is straight as an arrow, NO stress cracks anywhere, NO dents or dings anywhere on the neck and for a guitar that was made in 1991 is as rare as hens teeth. The headstock is in near mint condition with GOTOH machineheads, i blacked out part of the serial on the photo of the rear of the headstock, the ibanez decal/logo is in perfect condition as per the pics. The Edge Lo Pro trem is in superb condition with no rusting or pitting, it stays in tune with divebombs. The trem posts are in perfect condition. No trem arm. The body has 4 or 5 paint chips all indicated in the photos, nothing bad. The guitar has Ibanez V1 V2 and S1 pups. I think if you were to install RED Dimarzio's in this it would SCREAM, imagine how it would look! The is no crackling of the pots, it is very clean! I put on Red knobs which set off the guitar perfectly but i do have the originals (black steel) which i will read more
