This dress is made of TURQUOISE AND WHITE POLKA DOT - RETRO LOOK - lycra. IT IS TRIMMED WITH WHITE LYCRA. The front of the bodice is lined with WHITE COTTON lycra. The panties are WHITE lycra and attached. The DOUBLE skirt is A-line, cut up and the sides and hemmed. THE WHITE UNDERSKIRT PEEKS OUT ABOUT 2/3" FROM THE POLKA DOT SKIRT. A matching skrunchie is included. *************************** Measurements for this dress: 25, 23, 52 inches for chest, waist, girth . Girth is adjustable at the neck SEAM.
