This week I am offering up for auction a couple of the 8" TINY BETSY WETSY dolls and some of their original outfits. These little 8" wonder babies are by Ideal Dolls from 1958 be sure to CHECK OUT MY OTHER LISTINGS this week.This is the littlest Betsy Wetsy ever and a real charmer! This little girl is a MUST for a Betsy Wetsy lover -- I just love her tiny features -- chubby, clenched left hand and little rolls of baby fat. I wonder what she is holding in that hand? Standing a petite 8", Betsy has a 5-part quality vinyl body with jointed limbs and it is in very good condition and she is immaculately clean. She is appropriately marked on her neck and her body Ideal Doll / 8. Tiny as she is, she is a drink-and-wet baby for added fun. Beautiful, full-head of saran GOLDEN BLONDE hair, crystal-clear blue eyes, rosy cheeks and rosebud lips. Her saran hair is still full with no missing plugs in a pretty golden blonde shade with darling little curls all around her face -- it loves to be brushed and fussed with as that is part of the fun of making her 'yours' when she arrives home. Betsy is ready for bed in her little red print robe and panties -- this factory original outfit is RARE and I this is the first time I have seen it available. It is in only good condition, as the snap was not functioning and has been replaced by a small handsewn one. Cute little pair of red panties complete the set. TWO Ideal Little Betsy Wetsy DRESSES are included -- pretty pink embossed floral and an aqua blue. Both dresses are UNPLAYED with condition and like new. Pink dress includes a sweet bonnet and pair of pink TAFFETA underpants that I surmise someone's nice Grandma must have made to complete the dress set... dress is Ideal factory original with these two handmade items to compliment it. All three outfits are trimmed with Ideal's signature 'tear drop' cotton lace. INCLUDES her ORIGINAL WHITE rubber Mary Jane shoes, along with her tiny nursing bottle so you can check out her 'drink and wet' stuff when she arrives! Scoop up this little one -- everyone has room for her in their doll collection! She is hard to find in such lovely condition and you will enjoy her very much. As with ALL my dolls, her clothes are CRISP, CLEAN and in EXCELLENT CONDITION, with no tears or holes unless specifically noted. You will not have to clean or deodorize your doll, or press her clothes on arrival as I take care of all that for you before putting any of my dolls up for auction; I pack my dolls CAREFULLY to arrive in display ready condition, except for minor touchup with an iron if you are a fussy Virgo like me.
