We mainly sell to people in the UK and use either 1 st class Recorded Delivery or 1st Class Standard service for FREE post items from Royal Mail. They are usually very good and this added to our super fast service - e.g. we post the item the same day if you pay before 3.30pm (Monday - Friday) or the next working day if it is after this time or a Bank Holiday - usually means you recieve the item within 1 - 3 days. If you buy one of our more expensive watches we always send it by Next Day guaranteed delivery before 1 pm (Monday - Friday again) - no additional cost to you - but peace of mind for us both with Insurance cover of up to £500. For our Worldwide customers we offer International Signed For or Airmail (Small packets) for some of the less expensive items which has in most cases been very reliable and usually quite quick too. We also send a Tracking Number to all our Overseas customers as soon as we get it ~ this allows you to check your local service after about a week to see if it has arrived. But for all our customers we are only an email away and we always try to resolve any issues with you as speedily as possible ~ having happy customers is what we are all about. We hope that you love the products that you buy from us ~ sometimes however the item that you have bought is not what you hoped for or it doesn't suit you ~ either way we are always happy for you to return items and we will refund you with no problem at all ~ just happy to help where we can.At some point in time a watch battery will stop ~ this is as sure to happen as night is to follow day ~ the million dollar question is when??Most batteries last 18 months or so ~ but what no-one really knows is when does the 18 months start!!If we have had the watches for a while or we get notification from one of our customers that this has happened ~ we always do 2 things straight away ~ first we ask the customer to return the watch ~ at our expense of course ~ we change the battery and return the watch to them.
