This 3 1/2 " marker was issued by the Iditarod National Historic Trail Committee. They are a separate group charged with maintaining and marking the Iditarod Trail from a historic point of view. These markers are made of extreme cold resistant CINTRA, and are placed on the trail tripod from Seward to Nome . It was not stolen off the trail, but a sample from company that made them. Please check out my other Iditarod / Sled Dog items! $1.50 postage to US addresses. Checks, money orders, and Paypal accepted forms of payment. Checks may have to wait to clear.
