For your consideration is an HO-scale IHC (International Hobby Corporation) Premier Series Western Maryland (WM) Mikado 2-8-2 locomotive #502 in its original box. The locomotive is beautifully crafted in scale dimensions, with crisp detailing, and operational head and tender lights. IHC locomotives, while often quite simple, are smooth, powerful runners. This one operated on my test track, but I make not guarantee of its continued operation. Judging from some dirt on the trailing truck, this locomotive has seen some run time, but the wheels are otherwise shiny and ready to roll. It has an NMRA horn-hook type coupler on the tender, but it looks as if a conversion to a knuckle coupler would be simple.
