Tuscany Books offers: One very fine,unique illuminated vellum manuscript leaf from a breviary written around 1400 in a French scriptorium The writing is extremely fine; t are 30 lines in 2.75". Size of the original vellum leaf: ca. 4.5" x 3.25" (112 mm x 85 mm) Condition of the original vellum leaf: Very fine vellum in very good condition with occasional spotting or soiling in the margins, etc. We will mention flaws that cannot be seen on the photograph.. Please note: The original is nicer than what the photograph shows. Barely noticeable spots on the original can be quite visible on the photograph.
