INDENTURE OF ASSIGNMENT 1812 MANOR OF TINGEWICK, BUCKS TWO (2) PAGE INDENTURE OF ASSIGNMENT OF A COTTAGE AND LAND IN THE VILLAGE OF TINGEWICK WITHIN THE MANOR OF THE RECTORY OF TINGEWICK IN THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE. DATED 1912. Two (2) page manuscript Indenture of Assignment of a cottage and land in the village of Tigewick within the Manor of the Rectory of Tingewick in the County of Buckinghamshire. Dated 1812. The Indenture is between Sarah Judge, Widow of Church Street, Lambeth in the County of Surrey and John Creed, Grocer of leighton Buzzard in the County of Bedford and is dated the 4th of April 1812. Written on watermarked paper (Crown and Britannia) by J. and E. Smith with watermark 1811. Page two bears the signature of Sarah Judge and a witmess Williams. Each page of the document measures 21 cms x 33 cms ( 8 inches x 13 inches). Excellent calligraphy and fully legible throughout. A fine attractive Indenture concerning the Manor of the Rectory of Tingewick which will appeal to those with an interest in Tingewick and Buckinghamshire as well as to the collector of interesting and unusual legal and financial documents.
