The piece is likely Persian, but could be Southeast Asian of Indian. It has a coral finial, and measures 2" tall, and 1.5" wide. As you can see, the craftsmanship is of the finest quality, and with the finest detail. Although unmarked, it is likely 60 - 80% silver.
