This is an awesome panel that was once part of a noren or Japanese door hanging. The fabric is a thick indigo cotton and has been tyedyed (shiboried) into a carp design. i love this design but the carp part of the design is not quite crisp and clear. I think it is cool this way but I wanted to mention it in case maybe you didn't think it was sooo cool. This picture was taken with flash. The dye in this piece will probably run when washed so it should be soaked in salt water before washing. The pice is clean and does not need to be washed now!!!You are bidding on 16.5"x58"Shipping from Japan to America, Europe and Oceania airmail will cost US$4.50.
