INSPECTORATE OF CLOTHING - MINISTRY OF SUPPLY - PATTERN No. 15563 A very rare item f rom the Ministry of Supply. The board measures 124mm x 230mm and has a Chief Inspector Wax Stamp Seal on the back. The black cloth sample with the gold-braided Blue badge measures 45mm x 20mm. CITATION U.S. ARMY Approved by D of A&S / Date 28-1-1953 / Authority 20/INFY/3904 (ORDIY) The last recorded date on the reverse of the board is 23rd July 1962 Extremely rare item and completely unique.
