This is a NEW with the Orginal Tag, IBA, ACU Vest Cover in size MEDIUM.. NSN: 8470-0 This NEW Cover has NO INSERTS. The US Gov is not issuing complete vests anymore as the need has been met. They are only issuing NEW ACU Covers, and the Troops are told to remove the inserts from their Woodland and Desert Vests and use the new covers.
