INTERESTING ANTIQUE DETAILED HAT FOR A LARGER ANTIQUE BISQUE HEAD DOLLA wonderful hat for your favorite doll! INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WELCOMED! The antique hat is being shown on a 30" antique bisque head doll with a head circumference of 16 1/2". It was measured with the wig on. The doll is being used only as a model and is not included in this auction. What a beautiful antique hat is just perfect for your favorite doll. (I'm not sure if it is on the head the right way?) The had was made from silk, finished decorative flowers, lace, feathers and lined with some kind of fine netting. It has some wonderful detailing and is nicely constructed on a wire frame. The hat it is in great condition but does have some slight age wear on it and a few small snags on the inside netting. It would compliment one of your favorite dolls well. The hat was most likely made in the early to mid 1900's.
