INTERESTING FR #1381... 50 CENT FRACTIONAL CURRENCY (FIFTH ISSUE) 1874 - 1876 VF Up for auction is a Fifth Issue (February 26, 1874 - February 15, 1876) 50 Cent Fractional Currency Note, FR #1381 . The face of the note is decorated with a bust of William H Crawford, Secretary of both the War and Treasury Departments from 1815-1825. It has a red seal and the paper is f airly thick and has a light pink color with silk fibers. This historic Fractional Note has been graded Very Fine with dark print, attractive red seal as mentioned above, brilliant green reverse and no rips, tears or pinholes. BID NOW!
