Intersectional Outboard Championships 2nd Place Medal, 1929, Middletown, Conn. This is an exceptionally high quality second lace award medal with ribbon in original box. The top bar and the medal have red, white, and blue enamel regatta flags. The top bar is unique as it states Middleton Conn. The medal says: 'Intersectional Outboard Championship'. The Back is engraved: '2nd Place Class A Div 2 Won By Carl Mason'. The medal front pictures an outstanding outboard motor boat in racing form. The ribbon is stamped in gold 'Sept 1929'. In original box and in Excellent Condition. Early outboard motorboat racing item. It is silver colored but not Sterling. See my other auctions.
