Iraqi Army Helicopter Pilot Suit, French M-317 Helicopter Helmet and mid 1970's dated Spanish made May West inflatable life perserver collar-vest Helicopter Helmet French Made plastic shell minor scratches and abrasions to outter shell has all metal ventelation grommets (image 11) aranged around back side of helmet present with edge trim around face, metal side plates for lens retraction slider white plastic nobs in tact (image 5,9), amber eye sheild(image 5) with a few minor scratches dosent retract or extend must be coaxed -shaken out, no secondary clear eye sheld lens present-missing?, Leather front bumper (image5,6,7) over brow lens recess torn hanging can tuck under corner flap this is detracting. full padded liner stained, rusted dubble D rings for chinstraps present, missing opposite "snap on" chinstrap tail also missing microphone boom had attachment for on the right side as evident by two horizonal screw holes on a flat squared surface. backside silver decal at base of neck on outter shell (refer to image #11 on this page) reads Modle 317 this type of helicopter helmet forigen French made helicopter helmet in the book Jet Age Flight Helmets by Alan R.
