DESCRIPTION: This listing is for one black Iraqi beret, obtained by myself during OIF1. I'm pretty sure it is new, it's really nice. It has a makers mark on it that I only saw once or twice. This would be a nice addition to any beret collection. Size = 54, although it fits easier on the beret manequin than some larger sizes by other makers do. Please check out my other OIF listings, by clicking on the IRAQ link to the left of this description. I'll be listing a LOT of items in the days and weeks ahead. This was brought back to the U.S from Iraq in 2004 in accordance with all CENTCOM rules, and complies w/ all of eBay's policies.SHIPPING / INSURANCE: We typically ship USPS, unless something weighs 5 lbs. or more, then we typically ship UPS. If an item is light enough (under 13 oz., we will ship it USPS 1st class. Otherwise, we typically ship Priority Mail unless the item is a book, then it goes Media Mail. Insurance is not included in this item's shipping costs, please request it if you want it, and we will bill you the actual cost. We do provide delivery confirmation on all our USPS items, and tracking for our UPS / Fedex items. (FYI, if you are bidding on coins or bullion and you want insurance, you must pay for Registered Mail in order for the insurance coverage to be effective.) COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping charges when possible. This isn’t always possible due to the size of the item, or at times when an item has already been packed. Please inquire about the possibility of combining shipping ahead of time, and be as specific as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you are bidding on one item that has FREE shipping, and another that doesn’t, unfortunately, we will typically need to combine both items into the non-FREE shipping package. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, we are extremely reluctant to ship internationally. If you live outside the U.S., perhaps you can arrange to have an eBay friend in the U.S. win the item you are interested in. If that is not an option, we can ship internationally via UPS, but keep in mind it is expensive. (We will NOT ship via USPS to any country that does not offer electronic tracking of packages for Paypal purposes. Currently, we are not aware of any countires that do. USPS Global Express Mail *may* be an option in the future.) We will not do shipping quotes internationally, you will need to do this research yourself. Please go to and enter ZIP Code 51301 for our zip code. You should be able to estimate the size/weight of the package. If you win the auction, we will charge you the actual shipping charges. You will need to send two paypals - the first for the item’s cost (without shipping charges), and the second for the shipping charges. PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 5 days from the close of the auction, unless something different is agreed to by us prior to the close of the auction. If payment is not received in that time, we reserve the right to leave negative feedback and relist the item. FEEDBACK: We will leave postive feedback for you once payment is received, and we will do our best to provide 5 star service to you.
