These reproduction Irish-8 handcuffs were originally produced in the 19th century by British manufacturers like "Hiatt" or "Frogatt" based on the classic design so named for the reason that they look like a figure eight. High quality construction made of nickel-plated brass. This is the Medium size and will fit both the average size man and woman. The circumference on the cuffs are 7". They come with a single key and weigh an impressive 15.6oz..These are manufactured by KUB and are of very high quality. is what it says about KUB on a e-bay guide about restraint collecting: "KUB Industries is currently manufacturing high quality reproduction and fantasy cuffs.
