One small spot on bottom area, some mild toning in sky area around trees, other very mild scuffs and or wear. Will need touch up for scuffs marks. Current condition is still very nice! Worthy of hanging immediately.Frame condition: There are scuffs, scratches, tiny dings and other wear along face of frame and edges. No major damage. Very minimal wear! Ready to hang!Measures: 20" x 30" Framed 22.5" x 32.5
