Irvin Flying jacket, treated with Pecards about 8 months ago. Jacket appears to be in good condition for age and has had some wear and tear. This used to belong to my father in law who purchased it from Yeomans Army surplus store in Chesterfield. The label inside the jacket has writing in it (A.PT.W) The number in the bottom left hand corner is 40288 and bottom right hand corner 1945 which may be the year of manufacture. Whilst cleaning and applying the Pecards the right hand waist strap came detached at the stitching which can be seen on coat hanger. I have not re-attached as I don't want to damage jacket. I am unsure of size but would probably say medium. If you require any further info please don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks for looking and please look at our other items. Listed as collect in person but could parcel up in sturdy box and post if required at cost to winner. Further pics added due to request. Jacket measures approx 22" across back and front armpit to armpit. All zips have all teeth and work although a bit stiff from lack of use. Main zip stitching has come undone for about an inch at top on left hand side and zips tarnished. Any further info required please contact. Zip pulls have the name DOT inside a circle and MADE IN ENGLAND around the outside of the circle. Have received some generous offers read more
