DS, signed "I. Thalberg" and "J. Warner," one page, 8.5 x 11, January 15, 1930. Document between MGM and Warner Bros., in part: "We entered into an agreement with First National Productions Corporation under the terms of which we loaned the services of Mr. Conrad Nagel to that corporation for the portrayal of the role of 'Bertie' in their photoplay entitled 'Jail Break,' to be directed by Mr. Mervyn LeRoy. This is to confirm that the agreement between us that said photoplay 'Jail Break' shall be considered as the first of the group of five (5) photoplays referred to in our agreement." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Thalberg and Warner. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing.
