The buckles or other closures may have some scratch marks on them. The item could have patches sewn on, or velcro, or evidence of patches having been sold onto the item. T will be no fraying, no holes, no stains or permanent wear marks of any kind. The item has been used and this could be evident including some soiled spots. T may be writing on the tag or writing on the item in an out of the way and hidden location (example: name written on back of MOLLE gear, or name on garment tag). All zippers, buttons, snaps, buckles and velcro will function well. The velcro will likely not be as new and sharp as in excellent condition; at Integrity Military Surplus we ONLY sell items that are function well. An item in good condition will have fading, small staining or dirt marks, but not oppressive and again it will be functional and useful. T may be some dirt or grass stains at the knees or elbows. All dirt marks and stains will be minimal unless otherwise noted. We only sell minimally flawed items at Integrity Military Surplus because of the innate visual limitations of purchasing items on the Internet.
