J. J. Lankes Artist Julius John Lankes was an illustrator, a woodcut print artist, author, and college professor. Wikipedia Born: August 31, 1884, Buffalo, NY Died: April 22, 1960, Durham, NC Period: Arts and Crafts movement Education: Art Students League of New York. This picture is called "Apricot Tree" and signed by J.J.Lankes. Measures approx. 3 1/4" x 4". Is in excellent condition. The back reads "Apricot tree on Robert Frost's farm in Beumont by his illustrator J.J.Lankes. Shipping is calculated by size, location and weight.
