J78, the $5 carmine flat-plate postage due of 1930. Stamp was authenticated, graded 60 and slabbed by PSE; their info states that the stamp is mint, with disturbed original gum and a shallow thin. The grade of 60 relates to a centering of VG/F – but this stamp clearly has centering more in the XF range. 2015 Scott CV is $37.50 for hinged mint.Stamp King, the largest full-service stamp store in the Midwest - and the ONLY retail stamp store in the city of Chicago - has been in business for over 40 years; see us at 7139 W.
