Wonderfully clever Jack Benny letter dated Aug. 28, 1971 (3 years prior to his death) that uses a letter Murray had sent to him the day before relating his vacation travels -- with Benny crossing out certain words and replacing them with his own handwritten ones detailing his vacation. One change was deleting "a guy" with "real putz (I hope you know what it means)." L.A. Times logo at top and Murray's typed name at bottom are crossed out and "Jack Benny" written in blue pen. 8.5 x 11" letter is EX with a few small rips.
