America's favorite whiskey distillery built from an old discontinued AHM Molasses Factory. Who wants molasses when you can have JD? I added a rooftop water tower and a few other details such as barrels, a spigot and basin. This is a large structure measuring 10" x 4" x 7 3/4" tall. Weathered barnboard exterior, streaked from years of service. Listed as used, but it was built recently. I am a better modeler than photographer, buildings look better than the photos, for sure. I have been building and selling HO scale structures on the train show circuit in Michigan, now they are here for you on Ebay! The structures have all been built by me and all surfaces have been painted. Many parts have been weathered using acrylic paint washes. This structure has also been chalk weathered. Windows have all been glazed, unless noted. Accessories such as vehicles, trees, rolling stock, figures or trees pictured are not included unless noted. I will combine shipping. Several buildings ship for almost the same as one. I use cardboard tubes for the roof detail and bubble wrap, will arrive safely.
