I am auctioning off a group of sports autographs, as well as a few other notables. The collection appears to have autographs from professional sports players from the 1920's through the 1980's. Most of them are signed with vintage blue or black ball point, with some using felt tip markers or possibly a Sharpie. The cards are all in good condition with the usual toning to the paper due to age. These were inherited from a family member that told me that in the earlier years, fans would write to a celebrity or athlete and send a card for them to autograph and return to them. The sports that are represented are Baseball, Football, Boxing, Basketball, Golf and Olympic Participants. You will receive the actual card represented in the photo. It appears I have also inherited a few boxes of Entertainment autographs, vintage advertising cards, photos, and an assortment other documents as well. The entertainment autographs are predominantly on album pages from autograph books. I will be going through all these and putting them up on eBay as well.
