welcome to the sale of my xj6 4 litre sport,the alloy wheels are not for sale as i will be keeping them or selling seperately .the car drives absolutely brilliant ive owned her 5 years now she wont take much to bring her back but sadly i havent got the time to work on her ,i have my own business and thats taking all my time up, the head casket was done before i bought the car engine and box are spot on the things that need doing are as follows its peeling on the roof the laquer has began to peel there is a small patch of rust on the boot common fault there is a patch of rust near the petrol cap i have filled it but its not great to pass the mot it needs a patch of welding underneath the passenger side and two rubber brake hoses on the front my brother was the mot station and it failed? it does look great the paint codes hev, theres not many around any more the only other negative is ive had to hotwire the car as the ignition barrel seized so i fixed it there are 3 types of ignition barrels and ive bought the other 2 ? ive become an expert on the xj40 as i have spare steering column wiper motor plus many other parts.i will put other wheels on the car. if the bidder wants the alloys the tyres are great but the rear passenger has a nail in it . i have been absolutely honest with you .I love this car and really dont want to sell it but read more
