JAMES BOND OCTOPUSSY: UK EXHIBITORS CAMPAIGN BOOK An original 1983 Exhibitors Campaigh Book for Albert R. Broccoli's production of Roger Moore as Ian Flemming's James Bond 007 in Octopussy. In the days before the internet, such Campaign Books were produced by Film Distributing companies to enable Cinema Management to promote big release feature films. Octopussy was released on the 6th of June 1983, the year's biggest summer release. The Premiere was held on that date at London's Odeon Leicester Square in the presence of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. The book is printed on glossy paper, and within are features including: Synopsis The Cast The Credits A message from United International Pictures (UK) Promotions Manager to the Cinema Manager Pages of Editorial Promitions Competitions Availabe Merchandise Advertising templates Lots of B&W photographs throughout. This is not the Octopussy Souvenier Brochure- it's the UK Exhibitors Campaign Book and is a rare item of Bond memoribilia. The book is in excellent condition and measures 22cm by 30cm.
