This is a 3 3/8" by 2 3/8" paper World War II Jap-Hunting License. Condition is very good. T are minor creases but nothing that detracts from this rare and disturbingly fascinating piece of history. Text on front reads: Jap-Hunting License. No. US 130,000,001. OPEN SEASON DECLARED. Dec. 7th, 1941. Issued by the CESSNA KEEP 'EM FLYING CLUB. Wichita, Kansas U.S.A. NO LIMIT. T is a space for "SIGNATURE OF HUNTER" but it has been left unsigned. Text on back reads: Jap-Hunting License issued to ( the previously typed name has been erased; the address is still shown ). BY THE CESSNA KEEP 'EM FLYING CLUB. The boxed in space for a postage stamp reads: THIS DEFENSE STAMP HELPS KEEP 'EM FLYING.
