This is a 1940's Japanese Multi Metal Cigarette Case. Those being, brass, silver, gold, and copper. The cigarette case is a flat black in background color with decoration mainly on the front, a mark of K24 under a gold fan is on the back with two silver birds in flight.. It is rectangular , being 4.75in/12.0cm by 3.0in/8.0cm. It weighs 3.5 ounces. The inlay decoration is of a silver Mt. Fugi with boat sails in front. A bridge with gate and some buildings and trees in silver and roofs, trees and other designs in gold and copper. The case has one compartment for cigaretts, but could be used for cards or other items. The interior is black in color and all is in excellent condition.
