JAPANESE FUKAGAWA VASE SAMURAI SCENES WITH KOI FISH NR Circa early Meiji period 1860’s to 1870’s. There are 6 character kanji mark on base and 2 character mark inside one cartouche. Vase is signed Hichozan Fukagawa (Made in Arita) by Fukagawa. It has foo dragon handles. The 2 cartouches show samurai scenes and vase also shows koi and carp. Excellent condition. Minor issue to note is a small spider on base. Vase is 18 5/8” tall, 9 ¼” top width, 8 ¼” body width and 5 1/8” base width. , no reserve . v Please be guided by my shipping and payment requirements as well as my return policy outlined below before you bid.
