This is a BEAUTIFUL, Old JAPANESE JADE INLAY Wood Table Screen Divider Panel~Hand Made in JAPAN . It is in EXCELLENT+ condition. I found this at an estate sale of a Japanese family.....Most items in this house were from Japan, and Older items.....But I'm not exactly sure how old this Table Divider Panel is....maybe from the 1940s??..or? It measures 18 1/4 inches wide when opened, and about 14 inches tall. Each Panel is about 4 1/2 inches wide. The design features Jade Inlaid Relief figures of Japanese Ladies doing various things. The Balck Laquer side has Gold paintings of Cherry Tree with Blossoms, Crissathamums, Bamboo, and Orchids. NO cracks, NO chips, NO repairs. VERY Nice shape for its age!
