JAPANESE PROPAGANDA DROP An original leaflet, printed by the Japanese Army, probably in 1942/3.Probably air dropped, or possibly distributed via pro-Japanese Burmese, to Indian troops or Indian populace. British troops killing and harassing Indian farmers as they harvest their crops.Text looks to be in Urdu,Hindi and Bengali.Paraphrasing: "Farmers Hide your harvest, before the British steal it " .Coloured halftone.Measuring 182 x 127 mm.Central vertial creasing with marking and edge tearing.Very few survive.This one was brought back to UK in the back-pack of a serving Tommy.Interestingly, Japanese script written in pencil on the back.(If only this leaflet could relate its history !) .Please note Royal Mail's new, public-screwing, share-holder-soothing, charging structure:First class signed for postage within UK is £2.00.International signed for to Europe is £6.00.international signed for to rest of the world is £6.50.This item will be well protected in transit to ensure it reaches you in the condition it leaves here.
