NOS Jerry Can Spout Vintage Blitz 5 gallon spout. Reversible with aluminum cap and seals on top and bottom threads. Military style jerry can spout. What is cool about this vintage spout is it has identical threads on the inside and outside of the bung. This allows storage of the spout inside the jerry blitz can and seal it with the alumium cap. You know where the spout is at all times and it is protected during transport - no crushed corrugated flexible spout. Looks and functions great with your vintage Jeep Kaiser Willys Land-Rover Series II IIA III Toyota FJ40 FJ60 International Scout Vintage Bronco off road camping vehicle. New old stock from TRW. Never used or installed. We sourced a couple of these with the original manufacture part tag with 11-72-8 date on spout. Pre-CARB regulations. The original part number tag is no longer avalable and the last two pictures are shown only for reference. Spout tip has a brass screen approximately 1-1/2" inside to prevent larger trash from entering fuel tank. Tip is 5/8" OD, Spout outside diameter is 0.875" Overall lenght 16" OD threads 2-1/4" Fits BLITZ G.I Cans MFG by TRW in the early 70's MADE in USA. Note: there is factory epoxy sealant on the bottom inside pipe / flange - see detailed picture. Unknown what today's "new" fuels with ethanol and addatives will have, if any. This item
