New Jersey April 12, 1760 £3 Serial #9 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20. From truly scarce issue and denomination, this is one of the prettiest we have seen. Even though it has some minor stains and small edge splits cited by PCGS, the eye appeal is like few others that we have encountered. Single-digit serial number 9 is something we rarely seen on notes like this. The last example we sold was a PCGS Apparent Fine 12 which realized $182.13 a year and a half ago.
