Jim 'Treeman' Behring crafted this jewel of a hunting knife. This knife is in new condition.Warm caramel, blue and brown tones run in the fossil handle. A perfect Randall compass is embedded in the butt. Blade is a hand-forged 3.5" of O1 tool steel - perfect size and profile for hunting and skinning any game animal. Custom-fit and hand-made horsehide sheath by Jack Mosher. I'd call this a perfect bow-hunting knife - relatively small and light for covering the miles with just enough blade and heft to get the job done. Most of Jim's fossil pieces never see the field and you can see why, they're almost too beautiful to use. You don't see many of these for sale and even more rare is one this good. Treeman zipper case and patch included.
