You are bidding on the first pressing of the iconic Band of Gipsies vinyl LP album, complete with spelling errors on the label and the Hendrix puppet playing guitar right handed on the reverse of the album cover. I have owned this album from new and now wish I had treated it with more care. To be honest the record is in moderate to poor condition. There are a number of visible marks and blemishes on both sides and (as I recall; I haven't played the album for the best part of 25 years) these are audible when played. If you are looking for an album in excellent to good playing condition then frankly this isn't the album for you. However, the album cover has fared better - it has the expected dog eared creases but doesn't look at all bad for a 42 year old!
