+ + + “ DINOSAUR” by Jimmy Lee Sudduth Unique subject matter! Sudduth often depicted alligators and snakes, but this is the only dinosaur we have ever seen—- and he painted it with unusual care. Note the ridges along the back and tail, the sharply painted teeth, and the angry red eye that brings this prehistoric creature to life. Mud and other pigments on plywood panel. In a custom black frame measuring 25 ½ inches high, 35 inches across. Signed “Jim Sudduth” in pencil, in lower left corner.
