Delivery Costs If the item has Royal Mail delivery charges quoted, this will take precedence over our own delivery charges. If the item is too large to post via Royal Mail, we do offer delivery as follows. 0 - 10 miles of CT1 3AA £10.00 10.1 - 15 miles of CT1 3AA £15.00 each additional mile (over 15 miles), is charged at 60 pence per mile Delivery charges are per delivery not per item, many of our regular customers will purchase several items over a period and arrange one delivery. If you would like to purchase more than one item, please ensure a message is sent to us advising that you are still shopping, in order that a note can be placed on items already purchased. Please message us for an exact delivery costing providing your full postcode. Deliveries are only made during working hours at a mutually convenient date/time. Please note some long distance destinations may require an overnight accommodation charge. We are also happy for customers to arrange their own courier to collect, please ensure our contact details are passed onto the courier to enable collection to be arranged. Most courier companies will only accept an item if it is boxed or packaged, please contact us first to ensure the item in question can be packaged. A charge of £5.00 will be made for packaging. We are unable to accept any liability for items damaged or lost once collected by a courier arranged by the purchaser. Items sent via Royal Mail delivery will be packaged to the best of our ability using bubblewrap/plastic covering/padded envelopes where appropriate. Liability for loss in transit cannot be accepted unless written notification is received within 7 days of despatch. All items are despatched within 3 working days of the item ending or payment being received. If an item is damaged in transit and has been sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels, it will come under the £41 standard insurance.
