John Birch Guitars created the classic 70,s British rock sound and we still do it today with the latest 2015 pickups, we have a global recognition for fine guitars and pickups. The new Magnum 5 is the latest innovative pickup, features poles (22) 16K Ohms and CEM (Cryogenically Enhanced Magnet) to produce superb high output performance in a standard size humbucker for easy upgrade most guitars, bringing "The Birmingham Sound" to generic guitars at an affordable price. The use of multipole screws gives greater sensitivity over the standard 12 version and this design was used in the original John Birch pickups from the 70,s and the use of CEM technology has also improved the dynamic range.
