LOT 163Seller's Estimate: USD 2,000 - 4,000Superb John Getz, circa 1810 copper kettle. John Getz was a metal craftsman based in Lancaster County, Pa. Signed on the handle this large teapot has a dovetailed bottom, riveted handle, removable lid with brass finial. Note- small dents and creases. A fine example of early American metal work. 12 3/4" tall with handle upright, 13 1/4" long with spout, 9" across.Payment:The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item.
