John Neal Vintage Floral Trim Dress Stunning ladies below knee vintage dress by John Neal. In navy satin effect fabric with fabric covered button fastenings at front. 3/4 sleeves. Fabric belt which ties at waist. Size 16 on label but is vintage item and comes up small so would suit 12-14 UK Excellent Condition!
