Exceptional graphite pontiled squat soda bottle from Parkesburg for bid! This I beleive is a Pennsylvania bottle and it stands 6 3/4" tall. Embossed in a rectangular slug plate on one side is JOHN R. OWENS (arced) / PARKESBURG while on the opposite side is DYOTTVILLE GLASS WORKS (arced) / PHILADA . This bottle is in excellent condition, no damage and quite clean. The graphite pontil is exceptional with hardly any loss of the powder blue graphite material.
