RAISED ON BLUES is a compilation of Winters's late `60s and early `70s recordings, when Winters went back and forth between traditional Texas blues and rip-roaring rock & roll, occasionally mixing the two. Winters is backed by his multi-instrumentalist brother Edgar and ace rocker Rick Derringer on a mixture of choice covers and originals.
