Auctioning a VG- copy of Journey into Mystery #93 from June 1963 with a tale entitled "Thor versus the Mysterious Radioactive Man!" written by Stan Lee and Rick Berns and drawn by Jack Kirby, THE KING!~~Features the 1st appearance of the Radioactive Man, now a vaunted member of the feared super hero team, The Thunderbolts!~~~~~GRADE/CONDITION: Copy is rated VG- as it has various defects to such as cover surface wears, various minor tears and creases, it has tape repair to both staples as t are small tears around them as I believe the tape repair was to re-enforce the tears around the staples as neither are detached and it is an excellent repair job as it is not that noticeable with limited tape. I try not to disturb these areas. Interior pages are tanning however slightly and not a darker tanning as I have seen some Silver age books do. Lays nice and flat, no major tears, no major creases, no ads cut-out, cover retains some reflectivity/glossiness, and interior pages are supple. VERY NICE!~~~~~THE LOWDOWN: Since his revival with the T-Bolts, Radioactive Man has been getting some long overdue attention as he is probably one of the most powerful villians in the Marvel Universe and certainly the most under-rated!!!
